Under the Pandemic situation, poverty and disparity have increased evermore. In order to tackle with Health Gap, J-HPH has organized learning opportunities on support tools that might be useful in healthcare and nursing care practices and exchanges on best practices at Conferences and Spring Seminars so far. Interdisciplinary approach is essential for closing of such Health Gap in collaboration with non-healthcare sector in the community and in addition to efforts in our practice. As new focus for this kind of approach has been Social Prescription, we have invited Dr. Kunihiko Murai (Utsunomiya City Medical Association Social Support Department) as lecturer for this year’s Seminar to talk about the community experience at Utsunomiya as a highly appreciated leading example of Social Prescription. The Seminar program also includes 3 Workshops. *Only in Japanese.
